1. How do the sizes run?

Our products are based on modern street style and oversized cuts, and therefore generally run a bit larger.
For the best possible fit, we recommend checking the size chart directly on the respective product page. There you will find all important measurements to choose the right size for your desired fit.

2. How does a return work?

Returns are very straightforward with us.
Simply send a message to our support team via the contact form or by email and let us know your order number. Our team usually processes your request within 2-3 business days of receiving your message and will assist you as quickly as possible.

3. What to do in case of production defects?

Quality is our highest priority. Should a production defect occur, please contact our support team with your order number and a photo of the defect.
We will review your concern as quickly as possible and will, of course, find a suitable solution together.

4. Where are the products manufactured?

Our products are carefully produced in Turkey and then printed and finished in beautiful Bavaria.
We place great importance on high-quality materials, clean workmanship, and high product quality.

5. How long does shipping take?

Delivery time within Germany is usually 2–5 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will, of course, receive a shipping confirmation including tracking information. For international deliveries, shipping duration may vary slightly depending on the destination country.
